Preventative Service — Not Insurance
WindowService is a preventative maintenance service. We service, lubricate, and inspect your windows and doors to stop problems before they start.

Standard servicing includes hinge adjustment and lubrication. Heavy-duty realignment (Heel & Toeing) or structural door rebuilding is a separate remedial service and will be quoted separately.
While we inspect seals, the cost of replacement glass units is not included in the service fee.
Repairs to snapped frames or warped profiles may require a bespoke quote.
If we identify a mechanical fault during your service that requires replacement parts, you will receive a Priority Repair Quote.
As a WindowService customer, you will receive a 10% discount on the repair labour specifically for that identified fault.
Note: Discount applies to labour only on the quoted repair; parts are billed at standard rates.
The WindowService Annual Protection Guarantee

When we replace hardware on your windows or doors, we stand by the quality of our work. Any parts fitted by us — including hinges, espagnolettes (espags), lock cylinders, and drive mechanisms — are covered by our extended warranty for as long as you maintain your annual service.
Initial Repairs
On our first visit, any replacement parts required (hinges, locks, etc.) are charged at our standard rates.
The WindowService Warranty
Once we have replaced a specific part, that new part is then covered by our 12-month rolling guarantee.
How to Stay Covered
If that specific part fails in the future, we will replace it free of charge, provided the property has received a WindowService maintenance visit within every 12-month period since the part was installed.
Exclusions
This guarantee only applies to parts fitted by WindowService. Existing hardware not replaced by us is not covered by the free replacement guarantee.
Disclaimer: To maintain the validity of the Parts Guarantee, it is the customer's responsibility to schedule their annual service booking. While we may send courtesy reminders, WindowService is not liable for lapsed warranties due to unscheduled maintenance. All services must be booked within 12 months of the previous visit to ensure continuous coverage.
